Local sites and some supported staging sites will not count towards your activation limit.
That means you can activate Search & Filter and receive updates on those sites regardless of your activation limit.
Local sites
We support local URLs that follow the following patterns:
- localhost
- 10.0.0.0/8
- 172.16.0.0/12
- 192.168.0.0/16
- *.dev
- *.local
- *.test
Staging sites
We support stagings sites for the following hosts:
- WP Engine
- InstaWP
- Cloudways
- Kinsta
- GoDaddy
- FlyWheel
- BlueHost
- HostGator
- SiteGround
We also support staging sites with the following patterns:
- *.staging.example.org
- *.test.example.org
- staging-*.example.org
- dev.example.org
