Great plugin, great support
The plugin is great and the pro version has many features to generate the search you need. The support team, Trevor and Ross, is absolutely fantastic, their quick replies helped me with many different questions (they had a lot of patience with me, since I’m not an expert of scripts, code, etc.).

I loved the plugin in the first place, but the support given by Trevor is nothing short of amazing! I am used to support forums giving slow replies and being less helpful, but that is certainly not the case here. Trevor responds incredibly quickly, and was able to do a video conference in no time – and solved the problem.

Great Plugin, Amazing Support!
The plugin itself is excellent, does exactly what it says. The best filtering plugin I’ve used.
What more is that when I had some compatibility issue with WPML, I contacted support and the initial troubleshooting support I received from Trevor was really thorough and he was patient, I would always receive a reply from him within 12 hours, which is a testament to his customer service and customer care.
Although Trevor could not fix the issue himself, the ticket was forwarded to Ross, the developer of the plugin. As you may have guessed, Ross immediately got in touch with the WPML team about the compatibility issue, which was later confirmed by WPML’s support team. A day later, I received a response from Ross with a fix for the issue and the rest is history.
All in all, even though I may only be just one of thousands to buy this plugin, the time and effort they put into resolving problems and answering questions is remarkable. All I can say is; money is what you pay, value is what you get. With these guys, you definitely get the value from it.

Great plugin, quick and thorough support!
This plugin works great and is easily configured. When I came across something that didn’t seem right, I submitted a ticket and was offered help right away. Both Trevor and Ross were a big help in the matter. I was able to find the issue in my code and get it fixed quickly.
