Why use subscriptions?

Subscriptions allow for automatic renewals each year, so you don’t need to worry about manually renewing, ensuring you get uninterrupted automatic updates.

Another benefit is that your renewals are locked in at your purchase price (unless stated otherwise) which means you’ll be protected from any potential prices increases in the future.

Subscriptions are automatically enabled for all new purchases since March 2024.

A subscription is not the same thing as a valid license.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from you account, without contacting support. Head to the subscriptions tab in your account.

Will I lose access to support or updates if I cancel?

No, a subscription just means you’ll be billed automatically every year. Your access to support and updates is determined by the expiration of your license which will usually be 1 year from your more recent payment.

When you cancel a subscription, you’ll still have an active license, just be sure to renew manually before the license expires to ensure you recieve uninterrupted updates & support.
