Create a Search & Filter Query (+ Fields)

Head to wp-admin -> Search & Filter -> Queries -> Add New to create a query.

Ensure Location is set to Dynamic and that Query is set to Dynamic.ooo – Dynamic Content for Elementor:

Once you’ve created your query, you can add create Fields below to be used later for filtering. Check the Elementor Documentation for more information.

Add the Dynamic Posts or Maps widget to a page

From the Elementor Editor, add your Dynamic Posts or Maps widgets to the page:

Set the Query to your Search & Filter Query

In the Dynamic Posts (or Maps) panel, set the Query to use Search & Filter then choose your query from the dropdown.

Add Search & Filter fields to your page

Use the Search & Filter Field widget to add your fields to your page.

That’s it, you’re good to go!
